Why can't I return the product once opened?Unfortunately, due to the products packaging, we are unable to accept returns. Only manufacturing defects will be accepted for return.

How long until my package is shipped?We are a small family run business and do our best to get the products out as quickly as possible. Products will be shipped within 5 business days.

How long till I recieve my product?All products will be shipped as standard shipping. Please allow for 7-14 business days once shipped.

How do I clean my covers?Our suede material is stain resistant and should only require spot cleaning to keep it looking fresh! Simply use a cloth with some soap and water. If you need to wash the couch covers, remove from the foam and zip the covers back up to prevent damaging the zippers in the wash. Put just the couch covers in the wash on a cold gentle cycle and hang to dry (do not put in the dryer).

Why is my foam turning yellow?Don't worry this is completely normal and safe to keep using! Oxidation is what causes the foam to yellow. Things like sweat, heat and sun light will cause this occur.
